How do I reset my online banking password?

Visit the Login page and use the Password Recovery form. Enter your registered email and the last four digits of your account number to receive a secure reset link.

How long do transfers take to process?

Internal transfers between your accounts are processed instantly. ACH transfers to external accounts typically take 1–3 business days. Wire transfers are processed the same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM ET.

How can I dispute a transaction?

Review the transaction on the Transactions page, then contact us using the form above with the subject "Transaction Dispute." Include the transaction ID and a description of the issue.
